Los implantes mamarios pueden ser de soluci\u00f3n salina, de relleno de silicona o de poliuretano, pueden ser lizos o texturizados. Hay dos tipos de formas de\u00a0 implantes principales, los redondos que son los m\u00e1s utilizados en cirug\u00eda est\u00e9tica de seno y los anat\u00f3micos que son m\u00e1s comunes en cirug\u00edas reconstructiva de mama; porque estos \u00faltimos dan la sensaci\u00f3n de un seno en forma de gota con una apariencia m\u00e1s natural.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se hace la entrega de implantes registrados y que cumplen con las normas de higiene y calidad, para lo cual se entrega un carn\u00e9 de certificaci\u00f3n .<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La Dra. informar a su Cirujano Pl\u00e1stico sobre el uso medicamentos (anticonceptivos, aspirina etc.), as\u00ed mismo sobre enfermedades (flebitis en las piernas, desordenes digestivos, estados gripales recientes etc.), que puedan influir en el procedimiento. Si ha decidido operarse, su cirujano pl\u00e1stico le dar\u00e1 una serie de instrucciones prequir\u00fargicas acerca de las comidas que debe consumir, evitar bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y algunas drogas. Si fuma ev\u00edtelo por lo menos 2 semanas antes de la cirug\u00eda.
